Shipping Fees and Processing

The ZaytoonProducts uses DHL shipping carrier for all domestic orders when a postage option is selected at checkout.

  • After placing an order, please check your email (and Spam folder) for a confirmation email detailing the package tracking number. Please mark DHL and The ZaytoonProducts as safe senders to ensure you receive the confirmation in your inbox.
  • In certain circumstances, delivery times may be delayed. Please contact us for more information if your package is delayed.

Express Shipping/Click and Collect The ZaytoonProducts does not offer overnight shipping, but we do offer a free ”Click & Collect” service for locals.

Free shipping

  • Free personal delivery on orders over €60 within a 10km radius from The Hague, 2492 MH, The Netherlands.
  • If you qualify for free personal delivery and you chose this option at checkout, please select a delivery time in the dropdown menu at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to you prior to delivery. If there are any changes in your delivery preferences, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.  
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, items will be returned to our base in The Hague and you will have 72 hours to collect them (terms of ‘Click & Collect’ apply).

‘Click & Collect’

  • This service is free with no minimum order.
  • If the ‘Click & Collection’ option is selected at checkout all purchases must be paid for electronically into ZaytoonProducts bank account.
  • Items must be collected within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled and refunded to your selected payment method. Please allow 48 hours for your order refund to be processed.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging for a complete and immediate refund, within 7 days of receipt of purchase; on the condition that the book is in the same pristine condition and has not been read and/or CDs have not been opened. You will incur the full postage costs of returning the item(s) to us. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods or the date on which we begin provision of the services. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. If you are considering cancelling or wish to cancel a product you have ordered from us, please be aware of the following terms that apply:

  • Applicability of cancellation rights: Legal rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations available for UK or EU consumers do not apply to certain products and services.
  • Additional cancellation terms: Where Additional Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to any product or service you have ordered from us, these may also govern your cancellation rights and you should review these carefully;
  • Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (by post, phone or e-mail only) within the seven day period. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
  • Other cancelled products: If you want to cancel products that are not damaged or incorrectly supplied, then you must inform us of this within seven working days following the date of receipt in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations or otherwise as soon as possible. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them. Products should be returned in their original packaging or promptly at your cost.

How to return your goods

  1. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch via email: to initiate a return where you will be asked to write a cover letter with your order reference number and return it to our base in Voorburg.
  2. We would recommend that you return your items via tracked post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
  3. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the parcel at our base.
  1. If your item is damaged or faulty, please email with a photograph of the damage, your address details, any account/order details you may have and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund). If a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund. We will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within twenty-one (21) days of the day, we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
  2. If you’ve received an incorrect item, please let us know by emailing us and we will organise a replacement order for you if necessary. Please allow up to 21 days for a refund. Please allow up to 10 days for a replacement.


You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

If the shrink-wrap has been removed from the product, returns on the item will not be accepted and if you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. All items are inspected on return. All items returned must be in their original packaging.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
